How do I share a file without creating an account?
Simply use the "Quick Upload" section on the home page. Select your file, upload it, and you'll receive a unique access code. Share this code with anyone you want to download the file.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
Free users can upload files up to 2GB in size. Premium users can upload files up to 10GB. The system automatically handles large file uploads with progress indicators.
How secure are my files?
Your files are stored securely with AES-256 encryption. You can set passwords, download limits, and expiry dates for additional security. All access codes are randomly generated and hard to guess.
Can I create public folders?
Yes! You can create public folders with or without access codes. Public folders can be accessed by anyone with the link, and you can even allow others to upload files to your folders.
How do I set download limits?
When uploading a file, you can specify a download limit in the "Download Limit" field. Once the file has been downloaded that many times, it will no longer be available for download.
What happens when a file expires?
When a file reaches its expiry date, it becomes automatically unavailable for download. The file remains in your account but cannot be accessed until you extend the expiry date.
How do I download the mobile app?
Click on the "Download App" button in the navigation menu. You can download the Android APK file directly. The iOS app is coming soon and will be available on the App Store.
